Our order process defined:


Orders are placed through our online storefront, which is hosted by Yahoo Merchant Solutions. If the item is one that we stock it will ship by the following morning. If it one that we don’t stock we will have our supplier ship the product direct to you (this cuts down on transit time). Usually this is within 2 business days. Before actually processing your order we make sure that the item is available before actually charging your credit card. We will confirm all orders by email. We will also send you tracking information if available. The customer can also expect a follow up email confirming receipt of your purchased products and that your satisfaction has been met. If any problems arise with the customers order during any part of the processing we will notify the customer either by email or phone.

Another thing they wished to offer to the public was unparalleled customer service. Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Due to computers varying in how they portray pictures of the products, colors of the actual products may vary slightly from the pictures shown.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) and any returns received without an RA will not be honored.

Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Exceptions To The 30-Day Limit

3D Wood Puzzles must be returned within two days of receipt. 

Software returns:

Computer Software and or CD/DVD Software

In order to receive any credit for these items, they must be unopened and tamper-free (no missing shrink-wrap/packaging, no missing protective/security tape, no missing label).  Absolutely no credit will be refunded if there are signs of tampering with the product in any way.  If the original is defective, you may be able to exchange the item by returning it back to us.

 How To Obtain A RA Number.

If you need to return an item please contact us via the e-mail link given below. We will issue you with a RA number and given instructions on how to send your order back to us.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please click on the link below and enter the following information. In the subject line of the e-mail enter

“Request For Return”.

Reasons for requesting a return

Then simply click send and return instructions will be emailed to you. You must be issued a RA# before you return your order. Once we have received your return and confirmed that it is in the same condition as it was when sent to you we will credit your account.
